The Solution

We supported the design and implementation of a Policy Management module within an integrated governance solution with ability to:​

• Create an interactive policy library to host different policy document types with key metadata captured for each type for easy reporting and classification​
• Host policy content as sub-forms within policy form, breaking down policy document into segments, making it easier to maintain for policy owner​
• Serve up published policy content to policy readers with intuitive search functionalities and shorter, more targeted content to digest​
• Enable compliance assessors to document findings and actions with user permissions restricting view access to the information, ensuring the results are communicated with the right stakeholders​
• Provide leadership oversight and transparency over policy management framework through consolidated policy review and compliance dashboard.
