The Solution
We worked with the client to implement an online Management Assurance solution, with an automated approach to:
- Create cycles of Management Assurance surveys 4 times per year.
- Alert management to the requirement and link them directly to the survey-style Management Assurance requirement.
- Capture information via an intelligent form with question sets based on previous answers and user properties.
- Workflow responses through a consistent review process.
- Generate corrective actions based on responses.
- Report to the Executive team on both the progress and outcomes of the global assurance process.
The Outcome
Our solution has enabled the client to:
- Automate preceding manually intensive processes, allowing the Assurance Function to focus on value-add activities rather than consolidating spreadsheets and sending manual chaser emails.
- Reduce the level of support required through the use of embedded guidance for end-users.
- Obtain real-time, permission controlled dashboards, producing key insights at the click of a button.
- Report on trends in terms of response rates and outcomes, providing feedback on training and change initiatives.
