We were able to implement and deliver a process mapping tool to the client within 2 weeks of contracting to help them respond to urgent regulatory requirements.​

• Dynamic process maps with ability to break down processes and link to sub-processes to keep the process maps simple and easy to navigate, while reflecting the true processes​
• Ability to assign ownership to all components of the RACM​
• Audit trail of all changes made to all components of the process maps for regulatory compliance.​

Upon the success of the project, we are now in discussion with the client to implement additional modules to the integrated platform, including action tracking and audit management.
